About the School

The Advanced Optical Materials and Devices International School has taken place on 1 – 3 March 2016 in London. The School addressed basics and recent progresses in organic electronics and photonics with sessions on the following themes:

  • Material design and synthesis
  • Organic optoelectronic and photonic devices
  • Material and device characterization techniques

The School has been organised in the framework of three EU-funded projects, namely SYNCHRONICS, iSwitch and OSNIRO.

The event has also been advertised on the International Year of Light UK website!
